Manage your account preferences, appearance, privacy, and billing all from one place.
Accessing Settings
- Sign in to your account
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click Settings in the left sidebar (near the bottom)
Dark Mode
Toggle between Light and Dark interface themes to match your preference or environment.
- Open Settings
- Find the Appearance section
- Click the Dark Mode toggle to switch between light and dark themes
- Your preference is saved automatically and persists across sessions
Dark Mode applies to your Dashboard and all authenticated pages. The public-facing site (author profiles, browse page) follows its own design.
Notification Preferences
Control which activities generate bell notifications in your Dashboard.
- Open Settings
- Scroll to Notification Preferences
- Toggle each notification type on or off:

Likes
Notified when someone likes your profile or a book you authored.

New Followers
Notified when a reader or author follows you.

Submission Updates
Notified when an application (Talk, Podcast, Offer) is approved or rejected.
If all notification types are disabled, you will not see any notifications in your bell panel even when activity occurs. Re-enable at least one type to start receiving notifications again.
Account & Profile Settings
- Change Password: Update your login password from Settings → Security
- Update Email: Contact support to change your account email address
- Profile Visibility: Your profile is always public — content is visible to all visitors
- Manage Billing: Opens the Stripe Customer Portal to update payment method, download invoices, or cancel your subscription
