📋 My Applications

Apply for Authority Talks, podcast features, and offer programs — all from your Dashboard.

Accessing My Applications

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Go to your Dashboard
  3. Click "My Applications" in the left sidebar
  4. You'll see application cards for each available opportunity
💎 ShelfBoss Required: All applications (Authority Talk, Podcast, Offers) require a ShelfBoss (Diamond) subscription. If you see a lock icon, upgrade at /pricing.

Applying for an Authority Talk

  1. In My Applications, find the "Authority Talk" card
  2. Click "Apply for a Talk Slot →"
  3. Fill in: Talk topic, key talking points, your audience, and preferred date range
  4. Click Submit Application
  5. You'll receive a notification within 5–7 business days confirming approval or providing feedback
🎤 Authority Talks are live masterclasses streamed to ShelfInsider readers. Selected topics should be educational, actionable, and relevant to business, self-development, or your area of expertise.

Submitting Your Podcast

Have your own podcast? Apply to have it featured on the Authority Shelf platform.

  1. In My Applications, find the "Submit Your Podcast" card
  2. Click "Submit Your Podcast →"
  3. Fill in: Podcast name, topic/niche, and your podcast watch or embed URL
  4. Click Submit
  5. If approved, your podcast episode or channel will be featured in the Podcast section

Applying to Be a Guest on Our Podcast

Want to appear on The Authority Shelf's own podcast as a featured guest?

  1. In My Applications, find the "Be a Guest on Our Podcast" card
  2. Click "Be a Guest on Our Podcast →"
  3. Fill in: Your topic of expertise, key talking points, your bio, and your availability
  4. Click Submit
  5. Our team will reach out via email to schedule your recording session

Submitting an Offer or Program

Promote a course, coaching program, or digital product directly on your author profile.

  1. In My Applications, find the "Offer / Program" card
  2. Click "Submit an Offer →"
  3. Fill in: Offer title, type (Course, Coaching, Workshop, Product), price, description, and link
  4. Click Submit
  5. Once approved, your offer appears in the Offers section of your public profile

Tracking Your Applications

All submitted applications are listed in the Submissions tab of My Applications. Each entry shows:

  • Type: Talk, Podcast Submission, Podcast Guest, Offer, etc.
  • Status: Pending Review, Approved, or Not Approved
  • Submitted date

You will also receive a notification in your bell panel when the status changes.
